    Ashwin Bhardwaj has a management with Engineering back ground. He has worked with Indian, large European and American corporations in various senior level positions over his professional work life of 19 years. In the process he has gained a wealth of experience, knowledge of Business processes and Cultures. He also had the opportunity to network with a vast pool of middle and senior level professionals from across the industry and develops an in-depth understanding of employment need of the organizations.

    (Sr. consultant)

    Eakta, a HR professional brings in 10 years of work experience with leading companies from the field of administration and recruitment from the IT, FMCG, Insurance and Broking sectors. She brings with her hands-on experience of recruitment processes and a wealth of knowledge in domestic as well as International markets; a very critical trait to cater to offshore needs for Indian companies going global. She has over the professional career span developed a network of acquaintances for a perfect match of the job requirement and the right candidate for the job.

    Shalini is the young and energetic consultant with a Masters in HR Management. She brings in experience of nearly 7 years with Banking and Travel industry, knowledge in Payroll Management and HR outsourcing.
